We Offer 1/4, 1/2, and whole Cow. We raise our cows to around 400kg offering around a 200kg hook weight which translates to around 50 kg of meat per 1/4 give or take. We offer a cut sheet for our customers.

We deliver in the Shoalhaven area in our refrigerated truck, making sure it comes fresh to your door.
Also, we use our local butchers to provide us with their expert skills of butchery.

We will be offering eggs from our large flock of chooks and ducks, rainbow eggs. When laying we always have an abundant amount but certain times of the year, they need a rest from producing so we offer when we have.
Our Buzzy Honey will be available also at certain times of the year.

As of 2025 we will be offering farm stays in our self-contained Bungalow.

The bungalow offers a full kitchen, Bathroom with tub. and a large Queen bed to rest your heads.
We are close to Jervis Bay so you can have best of both worlds, Farm and Ocean.
What we Offer
1/4 of a Cow
The most popular of our range is a Quarter of a cow. This would suit a small family and would fit into a large fridge/freezer most people have at home. It contains several cuts weighing between 40 to 50 kgs including bones.
Cuts included on average are,
T-bones x 6 Scotch Fillets x 6 Round Steak x 6
Mince 6kgs Sausages 6kgs Chuck steak x 4kgs

Silverside 2kgs Rumps Steak x 6 Eye Fillet x 3 Osso Bucco x 6
Well also do a mix of corned beef and gravy beef.

We sell our meat this way because it keeps butchering costs down, we keep the packaging simple and less waste., So we can offer good prices to you. This gives you the opportunity to pack your meat what suits your lifestyle.
